Diy Holiday Tutorials from DesignSponge

Today I was perusing DesignSponge and found these gems…I will be doing both. I’m excited. It’s freezing outside, so I’m enjoying and instant (gasp) cappachino. Perfect blend between hot chocolate and wih a slight coffee twinge. I also managed to score a blow out and some serious needed texurizing today!

WTF: Here’is hoping for snow!

Last time it was this cold in San Francisco it “hailed” an inch. It was the scarriest and raddest moment of 2005 though for sure. I was driving, which was terrifying but once we reached the coffee shop we were going to we had hail ball fights and watch Muni breakdown.

It snowed in the central valley the other day! Here’s hoping for a white holiday season.

A girl can dream can’t she.

I’m Baaaack

Between an upcoming wedding, starting cosmotology school and a part time job, I have totally neglected my blog. But let me catch everyone up as quickly as possible.

I’m now officially a newlywed.  We got married on Las Vegas at the Little Church of the West and had our reception at Pink Taco at the Hard Rock Hotel. It was amazing! We ordered a cupcake tower and mini cake from Retro Bakery, not only did they look tasty but they were hands down the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. We got Vanilla on Vanilla and Peanut Butter Cup….yummm. Our photographers, Matt and Amanda Nistor did a fabulous job. I couldn’t be happier.

Here are some pics from our wedding and there is more to come on the blogging front.

Found it

I found it! The raddest little chapel in Las Vegas. It’s really freaking old, has really tacky gold damask wallpaper and an Elvis impersonator. I’m excited. Check it out.

Another side note. I’ve been calling around to different places in Las Vegas and when I called the Wee Kirk, they were sooooo nice and accomidating. The same can’t be said for some other places (cough Planet Hollywood)
